Dr. Richard Gaillardetz Presents

“Inverting the Pyramid: Re-Imaging the Role of the Laity in Today’s Church”

Dr. Richard Gaillardetz will introduce key features of Pope Francis’s bracing, reformist vision for our church. He will then call us to consider how Pope Francis’s vision of a church that is both an “inverted pyramid” and a “field hospital” provides a wonderful opportunity for one to re-imagine a much more robust role for the laity in the church today. Tuesday, September 10, at 7:30 p.m. in the Cannon Chapel at Emory University. To register, visit Aquinas.emory.edu.
