Communitas - Community for All
The new St. Brendan Family Park is designed to be a place for everyone to gather and build our community of faith. The planned expansion includes a 1,000 square foot open-air pavillion, offering additional space for festivals and outdoor meetings. The pavillion will also be equipped for half-court basketball and contain a small concession area as well as bathrooms.
In front of the pavillion we will expand our existing soccer field and convert it from grass to artificial turf. The field will be surrounded by a walking path which is easily accessible via existing sidewalks surrounding campus. We also designed fun elements for additional kid's activities, including a splash pad and gaga ball pit. The field will also house a small gazebo and situated to create beautiful views of our church and surrounding gardens.
