COVID Update

Friday, November 27, 2020 UPDATE

We continue to be grateful to the Legionaries of Christ priests who have supported us during the absence of our parish priests due to their continued quarantine. We will celebrate our regularly scheduled Saturday and Sunday Masses and Reconciliation on the Social Hall Patio will be available on Saturday per our normal schedule (9:00 - 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 - 4:45 p.m.).

Thanksgiving, November 26, 2020 - Updated 11:34 a.m.

Yesterday, Fr. Patrick tested positive for COVID-19 after experiencing a mild cough and fatigue. Fr. Matthew continues to test negative. Fr. Paul feels well and has no remaining symptoms. Out of an abundance of caution, all 3 priests will remain quarantined until they receive medical clearance to return to the parish.

We ask that you continue to pray for each of them as they navigate this time of uncertainty, that they will feel His healing grace and draw strength from the love of their parish family.

We continue to be grateful for the support of the Legionaries of Christ priests who have been stepping in to assist St. Brendan's during the absence of our parish priests. However, due to the timing of this news, we may need to make adjustments to our weekend Mass and reconciliation schedule. If this step is necessary, news regarding changes to our liturgical schedule will be communicated via email, Facebook, and this parish website.

Friday, November 20, 2020 - Updated 11:52 a.m.

On Thursday, November 19, Fr. Paul tested positive for COVID-19. Fr. Matthew and Fr. Patrick tested negative. Fr. Paul feels well with only a slight cough. Out of an abundance of caution, all 3 priests will quarantine for 14 days. We ask that you pray for each of them as they navigate this time of uncertainty, that they will feel His healing grace and draw strength from the love of their parish family.

We are grateful that several Legionaries of Christ priests are stepping in to assist St. Brendan's during the absence of our parish priests. As such, we will celebrate our regular Saturday and Sunday Masses this weekend. Our Saturday hours of reconciliation will also remain the same.

If needed, news regarding changes to our liturgical schedule will be communicated via email, Facebook, and here on our parish website.
