: Please use this form to report maintenance needs on our Parish Campus (e.g., broken fixtures, lights that need replacement, etc.) and/or to request assistance in setting up tables & chairs for parish-wide events. Ministries or groups using facilities at St. Brendan's are generally responsible for set up and clean up of their reserved space. Should your event require custom set up by our Maintenance Department, please complete the following form no later than 30 days prior to the event.
