HOSPITALITY
| Purpose: |
To plan and implement social events pertaining to the church at large. Some examples include our Feast Day celebration, receptions for new priests/staff, baccalaureate dinner, and other functions as requested. These events can range from formal receptions to picnic-style gatherings. |
| Responsibilities: |
Volunteers are responsible for setup and cleanup of events, maintaining the kitchen (including the Spiritual Life Center kitchen) to high standards, managing kitchen requests, occasionally offering baked goods for events, and provide a hospitable friendly environment for all hosted events. |
| Helpful Attributes: |
People who enjoy fellowship, being in the kitchen, food preparation/presentation, a little bit of cleaning, or just baking a few goodies for an event would love to be part of our group. |
| Training & Time Commitment: |
Little to no training is involved or needed. We have no scheduled meetings. Commitment is based on scheduled events and usually only a couple of hours per event. |
