| Purpose: | The Finance Council is to support the Pastor in his stewardship of parish resources while being accountable to the parish. |
| Responsibilities: | The Finance Council is responsible for promoting the financial health of St. Brendan , assuring accountability and assisting the Pastor with the responsibility for the temporal affairs of the parish. |
| Helpful Attributes: | Skill or expertise in finance, management, business, law, accounting, communication, banking, computer systems, marketing and purchasing would be helpful. |
| Training & Time Commitment: | The Finance Council meets quarterly except during budget season which is at least monthly. |
