MARRIAGE PREPARATION
| Purpose: |
When a couple decides to get married they need guidance from the Church on preparing for this sacrament ensuring that the couple doesn’t focus only on the wedding day but more importantly on the life-long commitment they are making to each each other.A couple is required to begin their marriage preparation at least six months before entering into the sacrament. They must first meet with Deacon Bill Monahan to determine if there are any encumbrances to getting married and also to explore the marriage preparation options that are available. |
