| Purpose: | To assist people going through a job transition by supporting them and teaching them the skills they need to know on how to conduct and effective job search. |
| Responsibilities: | Volunteers provide assistance on an individual and a group basis, “walking with” and coaching clients in a practical and spiritual setting. |
| Helpful Attriutes: | A willingness to help people but not pity them. Also must be a good listener. |
| Training & Time Commitment: | The parish provides any necessary training. |

St Brendan’s Career Transition Ministry is making available to our clients a “Personal Guide to Career Success” system offered by Harrison Assessments International, Ltd and used by organizations Worldwide. Harrison Carrer Guide provides expert Career Planning by utilizing a high-tech career assessment.
