Recently the Parish Retreat was held from March 14th through the 19th in both English and Spanish. The theme of this year’s retreat was In the Footsteps of Jesus and was well attended. Besides personal stories from other parishioners, there was also inspirational music, prayer, and media. Continue reading Parish Lenten Retreat – Day One Video Help us attain our goal for 2010! We need to have more than two people for each hour that the Consecrated Host is exposed every Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. To continue with this wonderful practice of our Catholic Church we need enough people – 20 to 30 – to commit one hour so we know that the exposed consecrated Host will not be left alone. We are counting on you … the Lord is waiting. What do you do in this time? You can meditate in silence, talk to Jesus like you would to a friend, pray the Rosary or just sit in silence and enjoy the presence of Christ. You cannot stay an hour?
